Sparkling water would become less fizzy if the dispensed water were to get warmer after each glass was dispensed. It would also lack that full carbonated taste because you need a low temperature to change the pH level of the water and bring out the tart flavour.
Borg & Overström water dispensers have efficient cooling systems with a fast recovery rate. This means that water is dispensed at a consistent temperature glass after glass producing larger volumes of lower temperature water.
A fast recovery rate is how we ensure consistently chilled carbonated water. But for bigger bubbles, the water also needs good absorption of CO2. This is called saturation.
ProCore® is what we call the new undercounter water processing unit powering our tap systems. This technology is unlike previous units and is the new standard for all Borg & Overström drinking water dispensers.
You’ll undoubtedly notice that ProCore® is more compact, aesthetically pleasing, and easier to maintain than its predecessors. What you can’t see is that we’ve redesigned the entire system using own-design components from near-shore suppliers.
FROM A CUP OF TEA TO A GLASS OF SPARKLING WATER
With our DryChill® airless, rapid cooling technology, no water is stored within the integrated drinking water tap.
Our technology ensures that every glass delivered is perfectly chilled and fresh tasting. Alternative hot water taps, such as the Billi Quadra and Zip HydroTap, while popular, store cold water within their tap systems, which can contribute to bacterial buildup.
The T3 tap comes with a single, compact, and easy-to-fit ProCore® unit, which is used for all water options. ProCore® is what we call the undercounter water processing unit powering our water dispensing systems.
This technology, unlike previous and competitor units, allows for simple plug-and-play installation and is the new standard for all Borg & Overström drinking water dispensers.
Designed with easy-to-clean, durable surfaces, including silver ion anti-microbial protection on touch panels and a scratchproof PVD finish on our black T3 models.
